Please welcome back Alex Price to the 2022 Cavaliers. Alex is a 2nd year synth player.
Alex learned about DCI through his brother in 2017. At that time, they were introduced to Heatwave in Florida and his Drum Corp career began. Alex also participates in WGI with Infinity Percussion in Orlando, FL. One of his friends was a Cavalier and called him at the beginning of 2021 to let him know The Cavaliers were still looking for a synth player so Alex submitted his audition.
This will be Alex’s 4th year on tour and his second with The Cavaliers. He previously toured with Heatwave in 2017 and 7th Regiment in 2018. Alex loves to perform which can be seen in the day 1 hype video.
Alex’s loves to play chess and is a jazz musician who frequently gigs with his younger brother. As a jazz musician, Alex, both, plays the piano and sings. He has also been in a few commercials for Universal Studios and The Golf Channel.
