Please welcome back Tyler Moseley to the 2022 Cavaliers!
Tyler learned about DCI through high school band. He marched his first year with the Crossman and his second year with the Cavaliers. He took off the year of Covid and took some summer school classes. He is a tuba/contra player. He is a music ed major at Texas Christian University and will be section leader in the Horned Frog Band this coming year. This is Tyler’s age out year. Tyler participated in Indoor Percussion even though he is a brass player. He played the cymbals in Vigilantes (VIP). They went to Dayton this past April for the WGI finals and they made the finals for the first time. He plays the bass trombone in the TCU Jazz 2 band. He is an Eagle Scout. He almost choose football over band in the 9th grade. At the very first high school football game he posted a picture on Instagram and said “I can’t believe I almost didn’t do band”!
Tyler’s parents are self described “die hard band parents who watch or go to every competition that we can!”
